We Won An Award!

Following on from our blog post last month about our nomination for a Social Enterprise Awards, we attended the awards ceremony online earlier this week. We are delighted to announce that we won the Prove it: Social Impact Award! 

It’s so fantastic to have the impact of our befriending recognised in this way and for the Agency to get such wonderful recognition for our work. In Befriending Week of all weeks, it is fantastic to see a spotlight put on the importance of befriending and the impact it has for lonely and isolated people.

As a winner of a Scottish Social Enterprise Award, we are automatically put forward for the UK Social Enterprise Awards. We will keep you posted on the outcome of our nomination. 

In the meantime, the Social Enterprise Awards will be producing a video about our services and the impact we have. So keep your eyes peeled for that on our social media and website in the near future.
